Earplugs keep the dreams from falling out...

Dreams last night:

1. Found my deceased friend’s body in the backyard of his old house. He was wearing blue flannel and a Nirvana shirt. Weeds grew through the holes in his stomach. It was sunny.

2. Opened a food cart that sold hot dogs and shark fin soup. No one ate there. The woman working the cart next to me had 70s wavy hair. She kept dropping food down the grill. It was her first day.

The video for Alligator. Don’t be fooled by phonies. This one was approved by the Latvian secret police, and features a bunch of sweet Swedes LARPing. The viddy quality is shaky, ‘cause I lifted from YouTube. But such is life.

Sometimes you get so deep into a project, you lose perspective. I’m there now. When that happens, I take a break and write/record a tune as quick as possible. This is Alligator.
